I've entered for this, but I'm hopeless on media - best I not think too long about it. On the plus side, I can do a lot with £1,000 ; half the winners get this amount; and more of my wins are runner-up prizes :D

On the down side, I'm clueless on radio nevermind media. There's no way they're coming in my house (too messy) and I might just forget and open the door if they wear a bright red jacket- but then the game is up because Postie never comes that early. Pure coincidence that I've just bought a new front door mat - total serendipity.

I can see why they're going this way, some of their recent comps invited winners to the studio too.
  • I usually go for all the ITV competitions as well but have passed on this one. I don't want either a TV crew knocking on my door or the studio phoning me when the show is on, as I'm usually sound asleep still when GMB is on and I'm neither a pretty sight not a happy bunny if I am woken up, lol.
    2015 I won a motorbike worth £5000.
    2016/17 blanked.
    2018 Intel i7 CPU worth £395.
    2019 49" TV from Freeview.

I've entered as I wouldn't want to miss the chance of a great prize! I think the itv crew will be more surprised than me when they see how grumpy I am getting woken up early and before I've had my coffee! :D
    Oh...and I'm wearing a mask for that week! ;)
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Ooh where's the link? Will go off for a nose. Would hate to be on telly (although seen myself on it several times over the years - the shame!) but would definitely enter for cash :D

Would be makeup-less, rushing, and prob eating a yoghurt (presuming an early knock).

I can't think of anything worse than being taken by surprise on live telly. Or even if it weren't a surprise and I was expecting them, I'd still hate it. Plus, I wouldn't want the world and his dog knowing that I'd won £30k, if it was the big prize! And I wouldn't wanna embarrass myself on national TV for one of the £1k prizes! So I'm steering clear of this one and will watch with interest what happens!!!

I wonder if they are going to make this a regular condition in their comps - ie to have a home visit? Seems a little unfair to those who want to enter and wouldn't mind a home visit but they cannot be home at that time due to work commitments!
:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea
