Vueling Airlines

On 08 June 2013, my husband's arrival in Alicante was delayed by 3 hours and 25 minutes on flight number VY1240 from Cardiff.
On his behalf, I made a compensation claim to Vueling, which was rejected.
I then sent the claim onto the CAA.
Several months later, I received communication from the CAA advising that they could be of no further help, and also advising that they had sent my claim back to Vueling, who would contact me within eight weeks.
Twelve months later, I have heard nothing.
Any suggestions?
