Easyjet blocking screenscraper sites including this one?

Hello, and apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere - as far as I can see it hasn't been.
I just tried to book an Easyjet flight via FlightChecker. All was going well until the final screen of the booking on the Easyjet site, when it sent me to a screen saying that I had accessed Easyjet.com via a screenscraper site, which is "prohibited by Easyjet Acceptable Use Policy", and blocked my booking.
After that, I:
Closed and reopened the browser
Used a different browser
Used private browsing
Cleared cache
Cleared cookies
Cleared history
And so on. Nothing I tried would subsequently allow me to book through Easyjet, even though I started the process from the beginning each time without coming through FlightChecker. I think they must record IP address or something. I finally used iPhone-generated wireless to connect my laptop, instead of regular wifi, and it finally worked.
Is this a new anti-MoneySaving policy from Easyjet? It's super annoying!
I have a screengrab of the blocked screen Easyjet kept sending me to if anyone wants specific wording.

Was it cheaper to book thru a screenscraper?
I dont understand why you would not book direct,or why you dont book direct after checking various prices on a screenscraper.Political?....I dont do Political....well,not much!0 -
The point is that when I tried to book direct, Easyjet remembered that I had previously used a scraper to check prices and blocked me. If it's a one-off malfunction, it doesn't matter, but it's seriously annoying if it's new functionality introduced by Easyjet. It would mean you have to do your price checking and actual booking from separate IP addresses e.g. at home and at work.0

If your IP address is dynamic - turn off your router for an hour and then re-try still using alternative browser, also download CCcleaner and run that clearing all the cookies.0

Thanks Aerostar, will try that next time...0
