Shout Credit Card

Just a quick query about Shout - received an email from them today to say that as of 15th September my account will be closed and they have suspended my card following a review.

Anyone any suggestions why this would be? I only use it once a month and pay it off in full so they have never made a penny from me. Was only using it to repair my credit history.

They'll have made money from you out of the merchant fees.

You'll need to call them and ask why they have closed it. Given their site now says they are not accepting any new applications, it looks like they're exiting the market.

they did the same with me a couple of months ago.
i also paid the balance in full by DD each month.

when i rang them they were quite rude but wouldnt give me any further information

About time these rip off merchants get off the scene, knew their fee structure wouldn't work, too expensive exploiting the desperate.
