Orange OVP/e2save cashback
Hope this clears up a (one) problem raised in another thread.
(from e2save sales)
'You will not invalidate your cashback if you remove itemised billing from your line on any of our network line rentals. The current charge for itemised billing on Orange OVP is currently £3 per month.'
So good news. BUT
the Orange deal is looking pretty dodgy and confused:-
1. the e2save tariff schedule shows itemised billing at £1.50;
2. the EQ200 is supposed to equate to Vodaphone...as someone else pointed out they do not charge for itemised billing on that tariff...you should get it free. It is actually referenced as an equivalent item in the Orange T&C included in the 'equivalence';
3. it appears Orange are charging 12p a minute for calling customer services 150 on this tariff...you you pay whilst you wait for them to respond and then not answer your questions;
4. Orange start you billing as soon as they complete the credit check...even if you havn't received the phone or connected it. That's despicable.
On the positive side they claim that the inc mins roll-over...though they refuse to confirm it in writing!....despite the e2save tariff chart showing they don't.

Have a look here:

It seems that the sales guy you talked to might have been confused as the IB is only £1.50 and they offer roll-over (though not double roll over). I've had an OVP Voda200 tariff for a bit, and can confirm that it rolls over.0 -
OVP Voda 200 no billing cost for me, CS 150 free, minutes roll over0
