Yes, they would not count this wall as it is only the bottom of a bay window, so not enough.
That said, I have just had a look into Flue Gas recovery systems, and that would be a go'er, as it is really just an add on to the new boiler, so not much disruption. It wont really save me anything, but will mean I can get a more efficient boiler for my money. Thats if I can find a green deal fitter that does not just add a grand onto the price knowing you are getting a grand as a grant

Grrrr, it is enough to drive you insane (again!)
I thought I had figured it out, then I read this...

Flue gas heat recovery units, which are fitted to boilers to capture waste heat and reuse it, will be removed from the list of approved measures that qualify for cashback from August 5.

No chance of sorting it out before then!

Don't know if this has already been posted as I'm a bit of a skimmer ;)

NUS card 9.99 for graduates. I'm seriously considering this as you get loads of discounts that would make it worth the price.

Ooh, interesting! I couldn't see whether there's a time limit on how long since graduation though, any ideas?

I'm assuming you're not eligible for a free boiler under the scheme run by energy companies? We're due to have our loft insulation survey done this weekend, hopefully we'll be getting that done for free, and we're not on benefits or even with British Gas, who are doing the survey :T

No, not eligible. I might look at the loft insulation though
