Playing catch up...
I used the same card, same postal address and same email address with some cheeky periods in said gmail address (adopting the americanism for comedy effect) with a different name, and the second order was verified this morning. Not sure why others are having problems.

I thought it might have been a phishing scam it was so easy but the same survey is linked from the homebase website so all good :cool:

It also says it's 50 points maximum per person, per month, so maybe it's a 'tesco views' type thing that's worth coming back to every month?
