    Hi, Doesn't anyone know where on Tosco site I can find the policy that relates to DTD refunds, have looked everywhere but can't find it. Looking for overcharge policy when using self scanner too xx Thanks in advance x

    It's in black and white (ok, blue and white) instore

    It doesn't have ANY exclusions

    What shall I do if I've been overcharged?
    In the unlikely event that we charge you more than what is advertised on the shelf edge or on the product, please visit our Customer Service Desk with your receipt for a double the difference refund.
