Hi, Doesn't anyone know where on Tosco site I can find the policy that relates to DTD refunds, have looked everywhere but can't find it. Looking for overcharge policy when using self scanner too xx Thanks in advance x

Don't think it is on there. They don't want everyone knowing what their policy is when not even their staff know it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Are you enjoying it?

Thanks for reminding me, one of my old school friends is a driver on it. I have just switched it on, so I am no longer a rubbish friend

    Yes I am enjoying it.

I watched it last week :D

Evening tweets that just what I am doing Dbrother gone out for the evening with his older son and two little ones but I declined the offer as this weather is knocking the stuffing out of Nannylala .We did go over to the grave yard and and had a clean up and put flowers on as its his son's Anniversary and would have been 40th Birthday in a few days time. That in itself was quite drain as my Brother got really upset, his son died 16years ago with a hit and run driver:

I actually found it on Tesco.com! It's well hidden though...

    http://www.tesco.com/help/in-store-faq/

    Click on "In store facilities"

    Then click on "Product Information"

    Then on "Refund Policy"

    Which brings you to:

What shall I do if I've been overcharged? In the unlikely event that we charge you more than what is advertised on the shelf edge or on the product, please visit our Customer Service Desk with your receipt for a double the difference refund.

Talk about making things straightforward for their customers,<rolls eyes>.
