Just watch out with Harvey's Furniture, I placed a order for some Furniture and it was not cheap, Decided that I didn't like that set and then cancel the order to then order the one I wanted from Harvey's however they told me that web orders take 30 days to cancel and to get a refund.


Guess what, I will not be ordering £3500 worth of Furniture from Harveys and once I get a refund back from MBNA I will go else where.


Is that legal to keep your money for 30 days. I cancelled the order the following day.

I thought there was a cooling off period of 14 days but hubby says depends what is in the small print, so in other words sorry cant help but that is a long time:eek:

They reckon its in the T&C but really 30 days to get a refund.


I went to my local store and decided that I didn't like the one I ordered but another set but had to cancel it. Lucky I didn't do a swap because now I know how they treat customers.
