I bought the deal, but can't activate it - anyone else having trouble?

    EDIT never mind, fixed it!

The groupon code had a space at the beginning, which meant when you copied & pasted it the last character of the code dissapeared.

I'm using the Starbucks app and I already have money on a previous card, can anyone help me with adding my new balance? It looks like it will let me delete my current card (and balance) to add a new one but I don't want to lose my current balance!

    Thanks in advance :)
  • In the app, go to the card with £10 on, click manage, click transfer, and transfer to your main card.

From the website, you are then free to remove the card with £0 if you want to keep your account easier to view

    Hi

if you go on the app, bottom right it says MANAGE.
    Click on this
    Then click on ADD CARD
You can then add the details of your new card.
Your cards will then be in list form. Just remember to move the card you wish to pay with to the top of the list. This will be your default card. You certainly don't need to delete your current card, or lose any credit you have.
You can actually add your new card balance to your current card once you've put the new card on your app.
    Just trying to remember how!!
    Be back soon!!!

You can delete the card from the App as well (as least on Android): while in "All cards" view, click the "Option" button and select Edit. Check a card and then "Delete".

Only problem I found was that my usual/primary card needed some credit on it to then be allowed to transfer the £10 groupon gift card over onto it- my usual card was at zero and it wouldn't let me do the transfer, but after topping up £10 from my debit card, it then let me transfer :/
    Kind of defeated the point.....

    Many thanks for this!
I thought it had to be done through the website, but just followed your instructions :A
