Only problem I found was that my usual/primary card needed some credit on it to then be allowed to transfer the £10 groupon gift card over onto it- my usual card was at zero and it wouldn't let me do the transfer, but after topping up £10 from my debit card, it then let me transfer :/
    Kind of defeated the point.....

That's odd because my primary card balance was zero but I still managed to add the £10 to that card on my app.

A big thank you to all the fab people that take the time to post bargains

Pretty sure I tried all the buttons in the app and also tried doing it on the website but the transfer button stayed greyed out until I topped up :(

There is no doubt that it will all be spent, but would have liked not to have had to spend the extra tenner, but nevermind!

Thanks - bought a few on different email addresses and then merged together on the app. Don't forget Quidco - 5%, so £4.75 for £10 worth.

Argh! I was trying to transfer the £10 voucher onto my existing Starbucks card and managed to close the tab and lost the voucher details.
Does anyone know if I can get it back? If I enter the Groupon voucher details again, it doesn't accept it, I suppose because it looks as though I've already claimed even though I didn't print/transfer the voucher!
    Help!
  • Hi

Long term lurker coming out of woodwork for first post.

I am trying to access the deal via quidco with no success. If I go to Groupon via the email telling me about the deal it comes up but if I access groupon via quidco I cannot find it.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi

If you sign in to your groupon account then click on the MY GROUPONS tab, it may come up there.
If you can't find it, you can contact Groupon customer support on:

I tried going through Topcashback, as they are offering 6.4% on Groupon deals, but I had the same problem ( gave up in the end!):(
