There's some stuff that goes on in my life that you just couldn't make up
Me and the rest of the family have spent an hour searching the garden for a stuffed panda  :rotfl:
It would appear I have the only child genuinely capable of playing hide and seek all by himself!! He decided earlier to play hide and seek by hiding 5 different soft toys around the garden and them finding them again. He came in absolutely distraught an hour ago because he forgot where he hid the panda!! :rotfl::rotfl:
Ive had tears, a proper meltdown (panda is his 2nd favourite toy) and no one was allowed to go inside until it was found.
And the funniest thing of all is one of our neighbours was walking past with his dog and came and joined in the search  :rotfl::rotfl:
Very random but joyous non the less. Poor bairn xx0 -

The phone saga! David, I nearly managed to purchase it… but it said I have to ring… I think I may have failed the credit score as I don't have credit, and this is the first thing I have done since I set my own business up 4 years ago! But the phone lines closed at 10 so I cannot ring!:eek::eek::eek::eek:100 -

Plus they don't like any other than their own, expensive, branded refills being used of course. Even though other inks, much cheaper, do the same job just as effectively in my view. Even though they themselves - there have been suggestions they shortchange you on ink too. (Isn't printer ink more expensive per litre than the most expensive champagne?)
They're all out to make profit and all total charlatans it seems to me!:rotfl: (Why don't we have the guts to tell their employees that, to their faces, when they are trying to sell to us and refuse to countenance anything they try to tell us? Dispute, dispute, especially as loudly and in front of as many other customers as possible (without causing police attendance or anything like that).)
I've had my printer since 2006.The printer was cheaper than the ink cartridges are now.0 -

Notice how A now avoids (whether such was its intention or not) having to compare to Morries at 99p by changing to Carrot Batons from its previous Sliced Carrots. M is Sliced Carrots & Peas.
There we are - that's enough cause for dissatisfaction!
(In addition to the fact that fresh veg. salad-type packs are always rip-off IMO as they don't give much for how much they cost. Price per 100g is quite expensive.)
Those carrots are a case in point - if you bought loose carrots they would be much cheaper per kg. But there you get 400g for £1:eek: (includes peas). Making a bad point - as includes peas in that - but there are packs of 500g carrots that cost 50p. In other words £1:eek::eek: per kg.
Btw, apart from fact that Carrots are still being used from Sun vouchers much much cheaper, I think Waities is best priced at the moment on carrots isn't it? 3 for 2 on 1kg carrots? Works out about 46p/kg. Compared to the 'rip-off' smaller packs elsewhere. (Though, again, getting you to buy 3 packs in order to make that 'saving' - another part of the big game on the part of the stores.)0 -
Evening all
So behind I think my naughty step must be the back door step:eek:
Little t I have just realised where I have seen BB Bianca before. She was in a Cherry Healy documentary about sex! And I think another documentary too.
Pav is only one I do not recognise.
Been icing my cake tonight. Got a lovely pack of mixed sweets with marshmallow and fudge bits which have gone in cut out. Made a chocolate cream and also some chocolate curls for round the sides. Feeling very pleased with myself.
Dentist said I had broken a chunk off my back tooth. There was a filling in there which he drilled out and he filled the whole tooth. He was very impressed I managed without any injections:T
Been a beautiful day here.
