I think I may have given the wrong impression here.

I fully support your service and would recommend it to a certain type of person

But you are deluding yourself if you think that these scared people are not concerned about possible court action that you are "handling" for them. Your 100% win figure is possibly the major USP in the mix to help ease their minds.

Calling it irrelevant when it is clearly such a big selling point to your service does you no favours.

Indeed Prosnap - it seems there was a cross/impression and postings here due to the way this was worded initially and I certainly do see the point you make.

Our 100% record in cancelling these parking charges todate is of course fully mentioned on our own website and in our blogs to help reassure customers and is indeed one of our USP's.

As stated though Parking Prankster wrote this blog and he is not part of our company although he fully supports what we do with links to our company on his website.

Perzackly. The Department for Transport for whatever reasons clearly wants the entire racket to continue and seems to be in the pocket of BPA Ltd. Having PoPLA to point at (whilst conveniently ignoring the piffling effect it is having on the 2-3 million fake fines being dished out yearly) only supports the DfT and BPA Ltd. in their refusal to bring this tawdry "industry" to heel.

I've said it before here and I'll say it again: PoPLA is not our friend.

@ Bazster - Whatever the sentiments regarding the links between POPLA, BPA the DVLA and the Dft - we cannot change the legislation currently in place for keeper liability. One of the requirements for pursuance of the RK was that an appeals process was set up.

At least the POPLA route has been externally contracted whereas the IPC one is adminstered by the IPC ...despite their claims for Independence. The connection between the IPC and Gladstones is clear - they do not provide any name on the appeal.

IMO the only independence is contained within the name and if Gladstones and the IPC wish to prove otherwise then supply the names of the Solicitors and or barristers who conduct their appeals.

btw the IPC now have full ATA status and not probationary any more.....

Thanks but I have not got the 16 spare and I do have other issues with DCA and at 16 a pop its unaffordable, Thats why driving has become a legislative nightmare for me... I HAVE to do it myself I live on under 60 a week and cannot recieve anything else [its complicated] I may apply for the higher care If I survive the 24th. I know the 16 would see it through and I wouldnt have to worry likewise for the DCAs it would be a great burden lifter but 16 for EVERY Case makes it out of my reach for sure.. the same as getting PPI reclaimer to do it for me I m doing that myself Cant afford those] sort of fees for sure

Considering Lancs55 - I have been replying to your private messages in the last 17 minutes it certainly has not gone quiet at all.....

Clearly you do not want our service either as you have not even confirmed the parking company or even if you have a current ticket on private land.

I am very sorry to hear of all your problems and difficulties you are facing at the moment and wish you all the best.

Some interesting numbers here, from the usual players. The seal of approval by the BPA md POPLA, and the reference to 'other judicial proceedings' to help the acceptance of the whole system. PE clearly using the service as a filter to help them hit their target of appeals allowed, so they can report back they're a fair minded operator, 'look we allowed x% of appeals, and those we didn't were upheld by POPLA with a high majority.' Excel seem to be not so canny. At the end of the day though, it's a good service for the motorist, it's a free market, and the service is obviously wanted, and needed, and if it opens up a business opportunity for KIFL and 4CR that can only be a bonus. £16K and the only way is up! Keep up the good work.
