Virgin Broadband - New customer but not happy.

Hi guys,
After being with Sky for 11 years and moving home to where I can finally get Virgin I am disappointed with their Broadband.
Do not get me wrong I love the TV and phone but my issue is that although I only live in a Bungalow I cannot get Broadband in all of it as it's nearly impossible to get it in both bedrooms.
I did ring Virgin and their answer was to spend money and buy one of their boosters that cost from £30+ but surely am I not in my rights to be able to get broadband all over the Bungalow like I got with Sky?
Just wondering what your thoughts are.

The VM Superhub is not highly regarded for its WiFi range. No provider will guarantee WiFi coverage. If you are dissatisfied with the service and not prepared to spend any money improving the Wifi then you should consider cancelling under the 28 ( or maybe it's or 30) day satisfaction guarantee. If you do call in to dothat the chances are you'll get a free WiFi range extender anyway although it may not fix the problem.0

Don't put your Superhub near any other electrical equipment speakers phones radios etc and put it at a height that has fewest dense objects to pass through to transmit the signal to where you want it.... possibly just above the loft trap door?? Try also using the 5G signal if the 2G is the one you're currently using...
Can't help more than that I'm afraid but that solved my problems with them....(so far, so good!) It's nice to be important... but it's more important to be nice!
