Yep that's good except for a typo in the year in the last line so I have adjusted it and made it stronger (see the bold below but remove it when you copy & paste):
There is no mention of the statutory wording required under paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA) in your letter, nor was it sent within the 56 day deadline defined in the Act. I am the registered keeper but was not driving the car, therefore I have no legal liability for this 'ticket' and the Trust has no case against me whatsover.

If you do pass this to your Solicitors, in order for the Trust to comply properly with the Practice Direction and attempt to resolve issues without court involvement, please immediately draw their attention to this letter and these facts about the law. If they still choose to pursue me it would be a matter of harassment of the wrong party and I am well aware that there is no requirement within POFA for me to be required to name the driver, even if I was certain who that might have been two months ago. In truth, I repeat, I was not the driver and my connection to the vehicle gives you as much of a case against me as you would have against the manufacturer of the car - i.e. none. Your charge is only a matter for the driver and if you have failed to identify that party at the time, it is not for me to assist. I will claim my costs and consider a counter-claim for damages for distress if you do not cease and desist this unwarranted harassment immediately.

I respectfully suggest your solicitor's time would be better spent creating a compliant Notice to Keeper under the POFA if your policy is to write to registered keepers months after a parking event.
