It's the FBI - I think I've had it now!

Such faith in the competence of the organisations that didn't see 9/11 coming despite being told0 -
More like faith in their incompetence in not spotting an obvious scam and distrusting the victimbushbaby1103 wrote: »Such faith in the competence of the organisations that didn't see 9/11 coming despite being told

For anyone fancying a laugh reading how some people dedicate themselves to winding up and scamming the scammers:

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

Ah yes great site. Not sure if it's that one or still on there but I vaguely recall a picture of a naked scammer holding a fish in one hand as a cod piece and a copy of the Sun in the other in order to prove something or other to his proposed victim - I forget exactly what the line was that lead to the pose now but it sort-of made sense.

I did a search for the picture and think my mind over egged it and possibly confused it with some other site I deny ever visiting. Anyhow here is one that partly fits my recollection. Well at least a fish is involved...

Its just a shame that the point of withdrawal of a Western Union transfer can't be used to target a small missile from a waiting Drone. As long as the 'kill' video was uploaded to youtube it would be worth paying a few quid to see.
The (real) FBI could cash in selling 'waste a scammer' gift certificates to give to loved ones.0 -

I wonder if many do? Or is it so ingrained in Nigerian folk lore that you can make a fortune scamming Westerners over the internet that they all try it anyway?
Some of the other places I frequent , as well as here do show that some people will fall for these nasty scumbag scams. People will post, I got an email from a xxxx and they only wanted $180 for a fortune and I thought it was worth a gamble..have I been conned?
I got banned from a face book selling site for suggesting that a seller using bank transfer (as his PayPal was broken), for genuine Louis Vuitton luggage and Gucci sunglasses was a scammer. Apparently I was jealous . When it transpired that the chap was a scammer and this stuff was never going to be sent I even had people PM me asking how they could get their money back.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
