Factory reset laptop

Hey! Can anyone guide me how to save everything on my laptop and factory reset? Having a lot of problems with my laptop and 2 others. 2 are Sony vaio and 1 Toshiba.

    Sorry for late reply. Madd day today. Ok laptop 1 is VPCEB1EOE Sony vaio.
    Laptop 2 fujitsu AH531.
    laptop 3 Sony vaio VGN-FS215E

    Do you have an external hard drive on which to save the data stored on the three laptops?

    Once you've stored the data:

    Fujitsu: F12 as soon as you turn the machine on and then Recovery and Utility..

    Sony Vaio VGN-FS215E: F10 as soon as you start the machine, then Recovery Utility.

    Sony VPCEB1EOE: F11 as soon as you start the machine and then Sony Recovery Centre

    If that doesn't work I'll find the Recovery Discs.

    Thanks for your reply. I only have cd 4.7gb each. Plenty of them. Can I back up on that? And how do i do it?
    Also don't have recovery disk for the Sony laptop. May have fujitsu

    Better an external hard drive.

    Depends on what you have to save. What is it that you wish to save?
