estimated reading mess up!

they were only £30 out! so it's not like I've been accepting ridiculous estimates.
the problem was only that the true reading was a few units lower than the estimate.0 -

Nonsense - and totally irrelevant to the question asked .0 -
all sorted, I rang,the guy said he would have to override the previous readings to get the computer to accept the lower reading, I tried asking what would have happened if I had not rang, would they have billed me for the 99754 units, he said it would have got sorted when the next meter reader came round, so still not sure if I would have been billed for those units in the mean time,but I left it as I don't think he knew the answer.
Was this all from his script? :T0
