Broadband Best Deal

I get my broadband through EE, and I pay £14.99 p/m. I still live at home, and my Mum pays BT for phone calls. I did it this way as I wanted the money to be debited from the two separate accounts instead of one.
However, now in our area we can get fibre-optic. I rang EE, and they qouted me, all in, £41 p/m (although they can only do it if I go with them for phone as well.) (I am also not sure whether that includes the line rental.)
Should I go with BT for broadband as well or move entirely to EE?
Or go to Sky?
