Parking Eye CCJ

Hi all,

First post here. I've read the sticky but I think my case is slightly different.

I checked my credit rating for the first time a couple of weeks ago and saw that I had a CCJ against me from October 2013 and at my previous address, that I vacated in August 2012.

I phoned the court in question and they said it was from Parking Eye.
This was the first I'd heard about it, no letters to my current address, just straight to a CCJ.

Where do I go from here?

And suggest you do a www search on how to overturn a CCJ on the basis of unlawful charges on the original amount

p.s. when you get the CCJ overturned, you will get all your costs back
