I think they include some details about making it clear you are entering in to a contract when you take out a trial product.

This might be a viable route for a chargeback (again, I'm not entirely sure of the chargeback route, but I think it would be grounds for s75 had it met the threshold).

Did you pay by debit or credit card OP ? Section 75 only applies to credit card payments. Chragbeacks apply to debit card payments. Did you read the t & c's below before giving your card details ?

I cannot understand why anyone still gives out their personal and financial information to a totally unknown company without at least reading up on what they are actually agreeing to.
As long as this keeps happening, these companies will continue to flourish.
