Right, i am not sure if this is the right place to do this but i have question im not sure about.
(im kicking myself while writing this)
i went online to find some supplements and came across testocore and no 2 surge which was on mens health website, i found that they were doing a free trial both £2.99 each, i thought it was decent and without thinking i went through with purchasing them. 14 days later i have been charged around £95 and £75 which i knew nothing about.
i hadnt read the small print that after 14 days from me going ahead with this order they would charge me this amount. i received the trial and paid the money for the trial but too be charged the full amount they should refund me as that should be for the full product and not a trail version.
i have cancelled with my bank this charge and hopefully shouldnt hear anything more from this. would i have to make an indemnity claim as i believe if i go through mens health they will not refund me the money.
can anyone help??
Thank you

Firstly, don't call their 0870/0845. They actually make money off this number and endeavour to keep you on as long as possible, effectively, they're taking the !!!! out of you even more.
You might want to try a chargeback.0 -

In your chargeback, you would need to explain the goods have been mis-sold. The company involved have already got a pending lawsuit against them if I remember for mis-selling goods with the court specifically noting that their terms and conditions are unnecessarily long and they needed to place more obvious details of the upcoming payment.
As far as I'm aware, they haven't. You can claim on that basis.
Good luck0 -

There is no chargeback for "missold" goods.
The OP paid for goods and i assume received them. If they didn't receive them then there is a chargeback for non receipt of goods.0 -

yes i received the trial version which i actually bought. but from that i have paid an extra charge which i think i should receive the full product not pay the trial version fee and then the actual amount for just a trail version of the product. Surely.0 -

To be honest, I would be tempted to lie and say you haven't received the goods. They send them ordinary second class if I remember rightly... they have no proof.
I don't advocate lying, but what they do is disgusting and fraudulent.0 -

i need to somehow get hold of them by email or another number then. maybe contacting mens health? who i cant believe actually have this group on their site.0 -
I don't think they do. Isn't it a false headline?
again not sure, i dont know who to contact then.
this goes to everyone who sees this comment, can you help find an email address or contact number so i can speak to them that would be great. i may speak to my bank again and see what they say about doing a indemnity claim or a charge back
Thank you for your help so far and for the future and lets hope we can stop these guys doing this0
