Ty Lynnejk, think this ones going to keep me wiped out for a while, haven't taken myself back off to bed but am sure feeling nauseous and got some wicked double vision and dizziness going on when I stand up.
Cattysmum - I try and win christmas every year so my pot is usually for things we want rather than things we need. Last year it was a new carpet for the livingroom and new curtains for the patio doors, this year I think it will either be for a new bath as we have one of those god awful 'spa' baths! They sound so great . . . until you have to clean the bloomin thing and realise how much smelly, scummy water gets sucked back into the jets, no-one in this family has used it for 18 months now. Other option is to finally decorate our bedroom, 9 years we've been here now and we still have a metal rail as a wardrobe and walls covered in pollyfilla! (relaxing, adult only space of tranquility it is not )
I do have a £2 coin to pot, but my purse is in the kitchen and I don't think I can get thereSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
Oh dear Jakes-Mum, you are in the wars. Hope you feel better soon x
I only joined this challenge in the middle of last year so the money saved last year is still in a box under my bed. The money I save this year will either be changed into dollars for my November New York trip, or I will buy a MacBook Air, which I really want. I already have the majority of my Christmas presents, so don't need to spend it on those.
£2 potted today.
