I think you are too easily shocked.

So she's getting on his fuc*ing nerves. How's that fuc*ing shocking, for fuc*'s sake?

At least you had honest feedback on the effect of that c*nt on the fuc*ing wan*er you hired to be your bloo*y agent.

Spend a few evenings watching The Office or The Thick of It, you'll then be able to talk the talk ;)

i am not shocked by the language I live with 3 men so hear it all on a regular basis, I am shocked that people I am paying money to can treat people like that, he is just plain rude !!!! when they are meant to be providing a professional service. Anyway it has backfired as he didn't put the phone down quick enough and she heard him so has reported him herself.
If i knew the answers to all the questions i wouldn't be on here :p

    Was he rude to her?
He was frustrated and evacuated it by telling you. That's no big deal.

Now, of course it was not smart to make the comment before hanging up to her.

I think everyone should just move on.

Reality check required, you are dealing with an estate agent not a priest :D

If swearing is the only thing he is being unprofessional about you should consider yourself blessed

The house buying/selling process can make you so stressed that it can make you get things out of proportion ;)

But EAs only put up a so called professional facade whilst secretly shafting both buyer and seller behind their backs.. Give me a professional dustman over a professional EA any day..
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

er, so what if he swore?

It's not professional, there are certain jobs where that would be "acceptable". Office work, EA included, its not professional to swear in front of clients.

I really don't care that he swears thats not what my OP was about. Its the fact that he said it to me about my my buyer. Im sure most of his clients get on his nerves but you don't go round stating it to other clients, thats not professional. If he can't handle working with the public then maybe he should reconsider his career
If i knew the answers to all the questions i wouldn't be on here :p
