Savvy-Sue: Your term feisty is perhaps a better term to use as it sums my neighbour up pretty well. The kind of feisty where any questioning of her reasons as to why she isn't using the space could turn into the mother of all arguments, which is what I was trying to avoid.

So to draw a line under this now rather regrettable attempt at getting advice I thank all members who have replied with advice that is relevant to the matter.

But it isn't their designated space it is for use by anyone with a badge, albit they asked for one to be put in.

If you haven't already done so, just be neighbourly and discuss it like an adult with your neighbour.

So now you come out with a nasty attack because I don't just bow down and say "Oh yes, what awful neighbours taking the preverb".

Think I must have hit a nerve with you on my last post, which, incidentally, only contained information that you supplied.

Just go talk to them and get over it.
