Ooh crisp sandwiches - love them! With salad cream...

When I was at uni I used to make a dinner that was a packet of sage and onion stuffing with bacon (cooked) , onion (also cooked) and sweetcorn mixed in. Baked in the oven so it went crispy and served with baked beans or gravy. It was delicious!
I haven't had it in a while, I might have to try it again. It was pretty cheap to make

I'm going to try balsamic vinegar on cheese on toast... I usually spread the toast with marmite before adding the cheese - wonder if all 3 would work?

Umm sounds lush, have you added that one to the "get stuffed"thread? A collection of ideas for using packs of stuffing as the basis of a meal?

I am loving all of the weird and wonderfull combinations, hopefully they will give us all an idea of using up the bits and bobs we have and never thought we could put together.

I love Brussels sprouts, and I love mint sauce from jars. It was only a matter of time until I combined them & found a greater love :D

    erm

Should I also mention I love curry ? I had curried sprouts for a birthday dinner once too

I love Brussels to (they get a bad press as far as I am concerened) but I eat them with vinegar on..... blame my Mum its how she use to eat them.

Mint sauce is another favourite - when we have lamb, i make up 2 pots of mint sauce and eat/drink one before i dish up!!!!
