People aren't being unkind. The original post was impossible to read because there was a complete lack of punctuation, and the follow up wasn't much better. There was almost a complete absence of commas, full stops or semi-colons. Having the courtesy to write clear and unambiguous text when asking for advice isn't too much to ask, is it?I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -

Agreed.
It does sound like the motorhome is unfit for sale and you are entitled to go back and claim Sales of Goods. Have you pointed out your issues to the dealership in writing?0 -
The dealership doesn't want to deal with him and he's sent them emails.
I suspect the two are linked going on the basis of OP's original post.0 -

Writing... not emails.
I would send a number of letters recorded delivery. If they then don't reply, I would send a 'Letter Before Action'.0 -
Short version...
£47k new motorhome (sounds expensive, but actually fairly "entry-level" for a coachbuilt) has a whole range of little niggles that weren't picked up at PDI, and dealer's failed to fit some accessories. Dealer a long way from OP. OP doesn't want to deal with dealer, dealer don't want to deal with OP. Some issues already fixed by another dealer, at supplying dealer's expense.
Is it a great experience? No. Is it "unfit for purpose" in a SOGA sense? No.Also as my partner Gaynow is 99.9%sure the diagnosis is ms and registered disabled can i claim the vat back as motorhoming is her buffer so to speak
"The missus is disabled, and we think it's MS - so can I have near-on £10k of VAT back from my shiny new motorhome"? Two guesses on that one... Perhaps you could've asked the dealer about supplying it through Motability...?0
