motorhome damage

Hi all new to this thread two things traded in my old motorhome of 10 years for a brand new motorhome elddis aspire 255 on picking it up no bike rake fitted reversing camera doesn't engage on reverse know sorted by freeborn motorhomes but change over on 9/6/2014 very rushed on getting back to camp site sockets did not work when i found rcd sockets were tripped when i flicked switch tripped my electric took 3 hrs gave up back to dealership 170 mile round journey another day lost on my holiday turns out elddis had put screw through main cable to microwave clip exploded work shop said could of been afire after coming back to site did a snagging list which turns out scratches to wood work when toilet roll in holder cant lift seat a slash mark near fridge finish is crap in places near cooker to holes near oven filled badly about 20 problems like finish in bathroom corner a gap sent email to elddis and dealer hadn't even registered my van sent emails to him with elddis emails dealer cleveland motorhomes Neil Jackson got anal and through toys out of pram had to deal with elddis they have been ok but blaming cleveland for not doing pdi twice once when delivered and change over not done having trouble getting people ie elddis approved dealers to do warranty work this is so bad my other half has ms thats why we brought a fixed bed an as cleveland motorhomes have said i have upset their staff don't ever ring again he is washing his hands of the issue so where do i stand do i drive back a 500 mile round trip also he said he would compensate me for losses no joy...
i have had reversing camera done and bike rack fitted by freeborn motorhome top people cleveland paid but every time i ring they put me pn hold and leave me there elddis are not bothered Kirsy Smith has been great but how can a dealership do this so can i have some ideas of where i stand been to trading standards not fit for purpose 1979 sale of good act so do i keep ringing around dealerships to be told not interested in 3rd party claims or go back to cleveland leave the van and fly back to london i know they say its at owners expensive but after 2 days i noticed the marks any help ....
Also as my partner Gaynow is 99.9%sure the diagnosis is ms and registered disabled can i claim the vat back as motorhoming is her buffer so to speak many thanks a frustrated MR Read
