I've also had good experiences with AJ Bell (interface, customer service, information provision), although with 30 funds your dealing charges might get prohibitive.0

Are you receiving dividends in your ISA account by any chance? If they are payed net, iii would have to reclaim the taxes from HMRC.
I've been waiting 4 months for my tax credits now and nothing has shown up yet.
Just to clarify - you only get tax credits back for bonds / fixed interest or bond / fixed interest funds. There is no return of tax credits for shares or funds that invest in equities.0 -

Thanks for the clarification. In my situation though I should have explained that I'm still waiting for the tax credit for my fixed interest funds.0 -
Yes the dividends are for the end of June. And I haven't got my tax credits either, nothing for the last four months. And they have pretty much ignored the message l I sent to ask them where it is.
All of this is in an ISA.0 -

Glad (or not so glad depending on how you see it), that I'm not the only one waiting for the tax credits. I wonder if they are also handled by this external company FNZ...?0 -
I was thinking perhaps they only pay tax credits every three months, a bit like they do with Fund rebates, but I have now had my rebates and nothing appeared.0

Just a quick update, still waiting for one of payments from June, off course another month is soon approaching and the whole sorry game will start again. So it is now 17 working days into the month, and 7 days after the SLA of 10 working days, and way beyond their claim they pay dividends on time at 90% of the time. In fact I have put my data into a spreadsheet and it actually comes out at about 5% paid on time.0

Just noticed they have changed their message to when they respond to secure messages from 3 days to 5 days. Sounds like they are struggling to cope with the number of complaints. To be honest I sent them secure message weeks ago, and they haven't responded to them.0

So, I have an interest paying fund which "disappeared" from HL in May but has yet to show in my iii account.
Does anyone know who bears responsibility for handling dividend payments while the fund is stuck in no mans land?
I now have already three months worth of missed payments...0
