Just got my email as well but cannot sign in.

Set up new password but still cannot sign in.

But if it asked you to set up your new password then you where already signed in (using your old password) ...

... and you could have accessed all areas.

Only when you logged out (or timed out) would you have to log back in again using the new password.

You've NOT forgotten it have you ? Using your OLD one ?

Remember it now contains at least 1 UPPERCASE and at least ONE 0-9

It said it could not sign me in when I entered my old password so I clicked on forgotten password and set up a new one. It said new password was set up but when I tried to log in it said the same as before.

I have tried again and it now works so do not know what the problem was.

I did try and ring the helpline but was hanging on for 20 mins and gave up, so they must be having problems.

I only received my email today so looks as though they are coming out slowly - didn't receive an offer for the pencils but no problem if they had to be collected in Scotland.
Wonder what special offers we will have in England, if any.

Did yours contain this paragraph ?

"As an existing member, our priority is to give you a first preview of the new offers in Mail Rewards. To get you started, at the bottom of this email is a Unique Number you can enter for a Bonus of 50 Mail Points! (You must enter it before midnight on Friday October 10)."

Only the last bit, if yours/everyone's is the same, irrespective of when the email was sent/received, does make this an imminently finite and expiring offer.

Yes it seems to be like that with every changeover. I'm one weekday paper away from half a reward. It's good to have Amazon vouchers softening the blow - and giving an alternative so to supermarkets - but I can see myself taking another break like I did before. Just have to hope the price of the papers doesn't go up at the same time to cover this new move.

As for the website, I changed some details as well as the automated password changeover, didn't get an automatic email to confirm anything, then the new details worked straight away, still rang them up and was given the 50 points on the phone., so I haven't lost out from not getting the email.

Under the old system, the maximum weekly points was 300.

Under the new system it's a weekly maximum of 325.

So how is that a reduction?
