    I can confirm, I opened an account through TCB and in the end didn't switch and they still paid up.

    Not at all. Last time the account got blocked i had to go in to my local branch. Since it all changed we no longer have a local branch & i don't have time to travel just for this.

    I'm switching an inactive Coop account with a small balance and no DDs or S/Os. TCB tracked with 24 hours OK. I'm hoping it will pay but will update as and when.
    If the ball had gone in the net it would have been a goal.
