halifax came back with a reconstituted agreement and my signed application form0

Although they say it's reconstituted looks very like a copy to me and all the prescribed terms and my signature on the same page.
On the plus side they have agreed 70% as settlement0 -
Halifax agreed 70%
Aktiv Kapital 80%
Bank of Ireland 25%

I now have only one left moorgate who as yet havent replied to a CCA request, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel
and as an added bonus I have a letter from AKTIV stating the account was settled in full rather than partially settled so will be interesting to see how they update my credit file0 -
