    halifax came back with a reconstituted agreement and my signed application form

    That doesn't sound like they have the signed original then.

    Although they say it's reconstituted looks very like a copy to me and all the prescribed terms and my signature on the same page.

    On the plus side they have agreed 70% as settlement

    Halifax agreed 70%
    Aktiv Kapital 80%
    Bank of Ireland 25%

    thanks to a very generous relative

    I now have only one left moorgate who as yet havent replied to a CCA request, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel

    and as an added bonus I have a letter from AKTIV stating the account was settled in full rather than partially settled so will be interesting to see how they update my credit file

    Blair Oliver and Scott (was Sainsbury's Bank) took 85%, default was 10 months old, I paid them £8300. this was May 2013.
