I'm an avionic engineer working on helicopters (which all vibrate a fair bit) so many of the "black boxes" are put on anti-vibration mounts.
    Something like these:

might well avoid problems in the future.

I'm sure that there are many different types and strengths available in the UK.

the amount of soundwaves that this amp gives out coupled with the 2 1100w speakers, you would be surprised at the damage that can be done running at 26-40Hz, an idea is this video, and this is just one subwoofer running, so twofold for my system.

As the seller themselves clearly states:
Your amplifiers has suffered vibration damage, meaning the board is cracked.

So the fact the board itself cracks under the strain of vibration is not a good thing.

Judging by their response and the prices quoted for the work that needs doing, there is no way it is going to be to the best of standards and bench tested to see it will withstand any vibration, without a doubt spinning me a yarn.

Surely something must be in place to protect the consumer from substandard repairs, or repairs by un-qualified personnel.

I think regardless of outcome, yes I will have it inspected, and pass my findings on to Trading Standards along with the evidence of foul play
