Lee, thanks for your call yesterday. Since then I had a call from OneCom and they are refunding me the money for the insurance and have cancelled any further payments for it.

I'm still having a nightmare getting them to relinquish account management for the line I purchased from Vodafone. They are sayingt that it isn't possible to split the management of the account.

As I specifically stated that I didn't want them to interfere with the day to day running of the line I purchased from Vodafone, to which they categorically agreed to when they sold me the second line, I will be making a formal complaint to them. The only resolution I can see is that they pay me the buy out fee for the second line and I buy the contract out from Vodafone and then revert the management of my original line back to Vodafone and have no more to do with OneCom ever again.

If they refuse I'll then be taking it to Guy Lawrence and failing a satisfactory resolution I'll be taking it to CISAS

Success!!!! OneCom are refunding me the money they took out of my bank for insurance and have also agreed to terminate my agreement with them over the second line. They just want me to post the phone back to them
