Trp Advisor _ how do I contact my account has been disabled

My account with Trip advisor has suddenly been disabled for no apparent reason except I asked the in the support forum how a friend could contact then as their account had been blocked but I did not give any details. have had " An account" with them for over 5 years and it seems they do not like anyone questioning them not even TA staff can be perfect!!!. When I now go into the support section to try and contact them I enter my details and it comes up with "Account disabled", Is there any way I can contact Trip Advisor to ascertain why my account was disabled maybe one of the regulators I am still getting E mails from them inviting me to write more reviews!!. Any help on this issue will be appreciated, thank you.

There are a number of posts recently about Trip Advisor disabling accounts.
So far no one has come up with any solution about how to contact Trip Advisor about this issue. As they block the IP address no point in sending any communications from the offending IP address. Disabling accounts is becoming an increasing reoccurring issue so they must be someone at TA whois contactable and takes responsiblity0 -

There used to be an e-mail address to contact, but it's now been disabled.
There is a UK phone number, but ring it and it'll probably get answered by the cleaning lady.0 -
Sent a tweet to their CEO and ask him
@kaufer
I'd be interested to see if he replies.:beer:0 -

Can you not set up a brand new account, log in and talk to the Help centre about your old blocked one??0 -

As well as disabling your account, they also block your IP address.
I got around it by using my daughter's PC, and her e-mail address.
But I reckon that if I try using that new account on my own PC, then the IP address will be recognised and the new account disabled.
So I only use my new account on my tablet/wifi, or on one of the PCs at my local library.
I stay well away from one particular TA destination forum, which is manned by a clique of bully chums, who won't have a bad word said about their bit of dust on the global map.
If, as you suggest I talk to the Help Centre via my new account, I expect that new account will get disabled too.0 -
try this
beth@tripadvisor.com
I had a e-mail for someone who worked at ta, when I was having problems with stupid people zapping my posts, for nothing, as it was a while ago I deleted them.
but I've got this in my e-mails, maybe worth a try.
there's a few forums on there run by the clique, especially the Tenerife forum.0 -
