Sold iphone 4 on ebay, buyer claims received empty box

Do you think I should call up eBay and shout as well or just pursue Parcelforce and only approach eBay if I don't get anywhere? I would be contacting both and pressuring them. Don't let them get away with this. Block the phone for one. That's vital. I would also try and find out some info on the people you're dealing with. Perhaps have a look on Facebook. Find out if they're 'known' for their antics etc.
