Asda stole my money...

This is why I love Tesco, if the replacement is more expensive you only get charged the original price or if it's below you get the difference refunded.
Its exactly the same with Asda
I have frequently had more expensive subs and I love it when I look and see how much I paid for themI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I love Tesco - their delivery service is much improved lately, and there's re rarely subs or things missing nowadays.
Asda are cheap enough, but their meat, veg etc., leaves a lot to be desired.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

I also am involved in a current to-and-fro with ASDA over £27 worth of undelivered items. It's been very frustrating and I'm swearing loads, but turth be told I still have faith that they will sort this out as previously they had been really good.
I think that whichever way you look, they are cheaper than Tesco. Provided that you watch your substitutions carefully, you actually save money on them. And if you get the wrong one, a phone call usually sorts that out

I like Tesco too. They never let me down with delivery. Asda are always late and cannot be bothered to keep you informed, you have to keep calling them to chase them up.0

If they stole your money have you gone to the police?0

Really cos your earlier post suggest differently
The only times I've been diddled on substitutions was on tobacco, received 3 x 12.5g at full price rather than the 50g pouch I ordered
The only time Tesco missed off my cigs & phoned them up & got the money refunded. Even better 4 weeks later when I went to hoover behind the coach (yeah I'm filthy) & found them Tesco didn't bother to charge me again.0 -
For all those who were worried....I got my money back!0
