I'd also be inclined to mention the price of your prospective new iMac (considerably more than £600 I'd venture to guess) and I'd also copy this to David Clulow and whoever you were going to buy the iMac from so they can see how much this is going to cost them.

That helps you! An old sign alleging breach of contract helps your chances at IAS a lot! You will need to spell it out at IAS stage but I see hope of a win here.

Hi guys,

My appeal was rejected obviously, and Bluewater have been no help.... so this IAS appeals business.... where do I begin with that? I'm not really sure what I'm appealing against if that makes sense? I also see the logo is out of date so need to find out when they left the BPA?

This is the NTK thing which I appealed against, I can scan in the rejection letter, which ridiculously shows the best photo of my car against other cars in spaces which are all overhanging the pedestrian walkway, doesn't make common sense....

Read other recent PCM and IAS appeals threads. Prepare what you can by reading those other threads like SteveNotts and others you find on recent pages. Take you time and get our help by drafting an appeal that is NOT too 'templatey' and NOT like a POPLA appeal, more like the sort of thing in SteveNotts or other PCM threads.

Sorry yes I meant signage re BPA and not being a member, not logo.... what irks me is that you can clearly see other cars overhanging the 'walkway' if that's part of the argument... the rejection letter has tones which has made me furious! Will search for the other threads you mention, thanks a lot
