trouble is people request a code and you offer then they are not online to reply - i know everyone is busy and not on 24/7 however it holds up the queue and other people could be benefitting and booking a hols. how long should you leave it after you offer for someone to get back to you please

At the beginning of the week we were giving people 48 hours. On Friday it dropped to 24 hours. I think it is reasonable to still give 24 hours as some people don't log on every day for various reasons (some might only have access to the internet at their local library for example).

What we done last time was when it got to around Monday after opening was offer it to whoever was on the list and online at the time.
If no-one was online we offered it to the next taker.
I won't be around as I'm off to Butlins,Bognor in the morning on a Sun holiday myself with my two eldest Grandsons and 4 other members of family.
