Flight delay in 2010 with Kiss Flights (Viking Airlines)

We had over 5 hours flight delays with Kiss Flights (Viking Airlines) back in 2010.......this was all booked through Truly Travel (Teletext hols). Flights were delayed over 5 hours both ways from Manchester to Sharm.

As the airline has gone bust, I contacted Barclaycard with Section 75 letter, but they have advised that Truly Travel is still operating and they should pay out any compensation. I have contacted Truly Travel and they have said they are not responsible for any delays and no compensation would be paid.

Any advise where to contact now would be appreciated......or am I wasting my time?

Only airlines are liable for 261/04 compensation - not travel agents or credit card providers (though the latter point has been debated before - but I am aware of no successes). I think you are therefore wasting your time.
