Same here. I made the mistake of changing the password, now don't know whether the new one works or not to get in.

I had the error message yesterday.

Today it tells me my password is wrong. I have changed it 3 times this morning to the same password. It allows me access after changing but if I log out and try to log in again the password is wrong!

    What is going on?

same here, i have two savings profiles with them and the same on both! will wait and see what happens in a couple of days. luckily i don't actually need to do anything with the account as i only have them for the direct debits for other accounts, I just log on to all my accounts first weekend of the month to ensure that the online access does not go dormant and on accounts like these that i don't use much, just like to check all is ok.

I got locked out yesterday and still can't get in. Relieved it's not just me, luckily I only use the account as a mule so can wait it out.

I see they have a message up about it (just an acknowledgement) on the log-in page. All working fine for me.
