Aha... I'm not the only one then... Pretty ridiculous having an 'Internet Saver' that can't be accessed via the internet. Can it be accessed by phone?!
Phone call might cost more than a couple of days interest. I'll wait.

Don't you have inclusive minutes? There's a landline number for calls from abroad, I think it's on the back of your debit card. Entirely free from my mobile as I pay for a bunch of minutes a month anyway.

Option 0 gets you through to a real person after 1 or 2 rings, and they are generally knowledgable and really helpful.

Thanks, but cba. It's absolutely non urgent - and they're probably busy.

Worked fine for me this afternoon.

Apart from the perennial 'We don't recognise this computer' stuff, because my browsing history auto-clears.

Still not working for me. It's only about 10 hours now. Just as well I don't want to use the current accounts as current accounts.

EDIT: I just called them (0141 278 6081) and they said they couldn't find my accounts. As if by magic, however, I can now log in, and of course my accounts are all there.

EDIT2: This is ridiculous. I can't log in again now.

I had the error message yesterday.

Today it tells me my password is wrong. I have changed it 3 times this morning to the same password. It allows me access after changing but if I log out and try to log in again the password is wrong!

    What is going on?

Had the same problem just now; I've changed the password -guess I'll have to see whether the new password works next time!!

I'm getting the wrong password message, but I'm not going to change it until the system is fixed. Perhaps I'll try again on Monday.

Same issue here. I'm getting the wrong password message even though it's not wrong.
    I came, I saw, I melted
