I think its probly a mixture of all three Meritaten. Well Iv managed to stay off the drink so Im feeling good about that, The sugar hasnt been so easy though, Iv still been eating loads of it, On the plus side I havent made myself sick anymore as the last time I did it I really felt just so run down and bad. I just need to try again tomarrow to give up the sugar. I cant even cut down on it as it always leads to this. I gave it up for a whole year once .. but then christmas came and I thought oh well just a little bit and now here I am! I hate it. I do think counselling would help I will sort it out.0

I can empathise a bit with the eating, I've got a horrible binge eating habit, and it's proving really difficult to break. I'm not sure what to do at the moment but if I can find a solution that works then I'll let you know.
Well done for keeping off the drink. It's always so easy to open the bottle, but the fact that you didn't means you've got more strength than you realise.
Counselling is a good option. Hope you manage to get something sorted out.
Massive love, keep us updated about how you're doing, if you're up to it.0 -
counselling will help - but you really do need to watch the sugar intake! and the flavourings and colourings intake! If you are 'sensitive' to them they can have a massive input on your behaviour.0

I am sorry you are feeling so down. The combination of anti-depressants and alcohol will affect your thinking, alertness and judgements. I am glad you are seeing your gp tomorrow. I hope he/she will be able to advise you, and arrange referrals to appropriate professionals who can help you through this. You seem very keen to change your life around for the better. Facing up to needing to do that is often a huge hurdle for people. So you should feel proud of yourself for recognising the need for positive change. I wish you well. The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0
