I have 75 imaginary btl properties, several money trees, a car powered by hope dreams and jelly beans, a treacle mine and a unicorn farm. Anyone who doesn't believe me is just jelly.

Nope I am not a troll or a fantasist .

Yes the shares were transferred in lieu of payment .

The whole experience was great for me . I was working on a TV series at the time and I had a camera team and editor on call who all had agreed to work for shares . They were being offered cash jobs so they had to let us down --- fair enough --- so I bought a video camera -- I learned to shoot , and edit and I did the whole thing myself with a bit of help along the way . Incredible learning curve --- however --- anyone can do this now with the editing software that is out there !
Most of the stuff that I did is on youtube somewhere .

I, for one, am taking your word at face value. TBH, I'm not sure that's a good thing for my opinion of you, but there we go.

And how much was that payment? Because THAT is what those shares cost you... Pity, really - because "free" is probably just about their true value. Somebody got lucky, unloading their probably-boiler-room-flogged rubbish on you like that...

If your talents as a documentary maker are on a par with your business skills, then they've found their true home.

You do not know the facts .
I shot in my own time at weekends and I edited in the evenings at the end of my days work . I was living 200 miles away from Pinewood studio`s at the time and I was living in digs and so my evenings were totally free with nothing much else to do -- so really all that it cost me was my time .

    Also
my business model is not failing actually --- w were buying for the 30 thousands --- refurbing and then they were being valued at 65,000 --- rents were 75 - 80 per week -- so that is roughly a 10% ROI -- so whats wrong with that --- the deterioration has been gradual especially throughout the last two years because drugs are now taking a stronger hold on top of everything else

I came on here to discuss the increasing problems which are being thrust upon landlords and because I have complained about the new council tax regulations , tenants being paid direct , ( haven`t even touched upon Universal Credit yet ) , burglaries etc etc etc --- everyone is assuming that the business model is failing --- I have never ever missed a payment to mortgage companies , the bank or tradesmen etc -- we have monies left in the bank every year -- so how is it failing --- someone said that I was relying on rising prices --- what`s that old saying -- you make your profit when you buy --- I bought everything well below what were then market values !!!!***!!!

The gold mining shares ---- they are shares in 2 mines in Nevada --- one at Merritt Mountain and one at Osceola --- the Osceola mine is where the mother lode that was feeding the alluvial mining earlier last century is supposed to be -- this has been verified by John Prochnau and John Brietrick -- both prominent mining engineers --- Dr William Pepper ( he is our attorney --- google him ) told me that what I am being told is the truth but the stumbling block will be raising the funding which is needed for the development of the mines --- plus there are more potential mining properties down in South America -- so my shares have been put to bed and I`ll just get on with life in the hope that maybe things might just turn around on that issue --- yes it could be a scam but it hasn`t cost me anything and I have been on a very very steep learning curve along the way --- I believe Gunter and Pope were trying to sell shares in the company through a boiler room scam -- they were caught when one of them left a laptop at the airport by mistake and their scams were discovered -- the CEO of this mining company was interviewed by the City Of London Police and he was found to be innocent and there was no connection between him and Gunter or Pope -- but then again who knows -- I keep an open mind about most things !!!

Jeez OP - let it go!

Are you here trying to justify your life or just for a good !!!!!in that life isn't fair.

Either way, it's not adding much value to this site.
  • The question of my talents as a documentary maker -- well I did my best and I think that it has turned out ok and the editing was an absolutely fascinating process --- I started doing wedding videos with another business partner and we were doing ok until the last one -- my partner couldn`t be there for the shoot as he was going to a barbecue with his wife -- the subject was a woman from his office --- I roped in a stills photographer who came in to shoot mainly cutaways -- my instructions were --- take a wide shot of each table say 30 seconds each and then shoot 30 second medium close ups of the guests on each table then do 30 second close ups of individuals head and shoulder shots basically ---- he got a bit carried away and some of his footage looked like one of the modern Amercan crime series --- anyway I sifted through his stuff and found enough of what was needed --- the we shot the ceremony and the hymns on the 2 cameras from 2 different angles/positions --- here it comes folks --- my radio mike unbeknownst to me was on the same frequency as the vicars --- and his singing voice was flatter than the flattest pancake ever and because his radio mike was on his lapel his voice dominated -- so I had to use the sound track from the 2nd camera during the edit because his voice was not so loud -- and there was a lot of time consuming lip syncing that I had to do --- they had paid a deposit which I gave to the other camera person --- I asked if the wanted the 4 hour version or a shortened version -- they opted for the 4 hour version -- we actually delivered the 4 hour DVD and a shortened version --- there was nothing wrong with the footage or the sound ---- they didn`t pay the balance and both of them vanished -- she left her job and we couldn`t find her afterwards -- and so I think that my career as a wedding videographer are finished now --- when I was working on the TV series at Pinewood I was friendly with one of the runners who had been to Uni and wanted to write -- he said he had written 3 half hour comedy scripts -- he knew that I had the equipment so asked me if I would produce them with him mainly for his CV -- I said yes providing we did them after the end of the TV series and in my home town -- he agreed and we went off and shot and edited and again it was some of the best fun that I have ever had -- we held wrap parties and invited local dignitaries to the viewings -- the last one was a disaster -- I had lent my mike to another friend who `s`s father had a debilitating illness and they were doing a documentary to raise awareness through a video --- I got my mike back the day before we started to shoot the last piece and found it was broken -- so I had to use inferior sound equipment and the end result was not so good which was a pity because of the three this was the best script --- there you go !!! Life isn`t always perfect is it !!

I would let go but everytime that I look I am being criticised again so I`m only giving my answers to that as best I can -- fankly I`ve had enough now and there really isn`t much more that I can say -- but I don`t take too kindly to people intimating that I am telling lies -- I have no reason to lie and lies always catch you out anyway !!!
