Yes I have had car insurance quotes dearer via Quidco

I think there is now a pop up that comes up on Quidco before going through to a retailer stating that some prices may be higher than if you don't go via the link. It says that this is because of the agreement they have with some companies and that some do charge more, it also says it's nothing sinister.
So I ques at least you are being informed before making a purchase

Slightly different scenario Hotels.com offer 10% (most of the time) cashback - but have noticed that there is an admin fee of (you've guessed it!) 10% when paying.
So you end up not getting any cashback in real terms.

so therefore how did you see the price difference through a link on quidco?

the price difference, you may find, is the difference between the two sites and nowt to do with quidco.
