DODGY loan brokers!!!

I have read through ALL the above comments.
I totally understand the lady who, while awaiting her
benefits to be worked out and deposited, applied on-line
for an apparent instalment loan.
These loans are advertised, often generated in their
numerous forms after a potential customer has searched
for lending products.Youre NOT stupid in thinking from
their ad.offering you YOUR searched for loan!
You put in '£100 over 12 months' for example, in your
search engine and within 5 mins you've got dozens
of OFFERS for exactly that arrangement!!
But in truth, they're NOT offering you anything.Theyre
brokers such as Merlin and Rightloan4u etc.
Thinking you are applying for the loan, you complete their form.
They even advertise " No extra charges or fees!"
The very last detail they ask you for after you have posted your
Application, is your debit card details, including the security
number. The small print then tells you that this is the
admin charge for processing the loan, and will be debited
from your account within the next 45/90 days.
It varies from £49.99p to £69.99p. Whether or not you proceed
with your loan processing, they will take the fee from your
account within 3 days. All they provide YOU with is a bombardment
of Loan/PDL companies, to whom you have to repeat the
Application process all over again.
With regards to Therightloan4u - they are not based in
the UK. They have no licence. They are not a limited, registered
or legitimate Company. They have a mailing only
address in Manchester, paying a mail forwarding Company
to forward their mail. If you email them they never give
names or contact details. They promise to refund but delay by
asking for bank details, IBAN numbers, etc.
They still don't pay up. Basically it's a scam, and I have re-
searched these 'companies' for a documentary and Fraud investigation
for months. It's so widespread it's breath taking. People are
being ripped off, the most vulnerable, low income
people. The more people who complain on web sites like this,
to the Police, Trading Standards and the Financial
Conduct Authority - the sooner we can get rid of these
thieves. They CAN be traced, and prosecuted and put out of
business whether in the Philippines, Estonia, India or anywhere
else.Try Credit Unions, your local Council or local
Church. They CAN help you in most instances,
especially if children are concerned. There are 1,000's
of people bring ripped off so don't feel you're the
only one or you are stupid. These fee sharks are clever
and well organised and very convincing. Let's put an
end to them!!!0 -
Umm although most of what you say is true, a quick search on therightloan4u says they are a registered company and have a CCL, under the parent.

Complain to the police about what exactly ?Investigate1 wrote: »Trading Standards and the Financial

You sure the FCA take on individual cases ?
Who would put them out of business in Philippines, Estonia or India ? The FCA nor TS have any jurisdiction there ?Investigate1 wrote: »Try Credit Unions, your local Council or local

Credit unions could help if you have already been saving with them and maybe for a certyain period of time.0
