Nationwide Online Banking

Am I the only one that is tired of Nationwide having problems? I've had my account go missing a few times via online banking, my card declined a few months ago when I was buying shopping due to a Nationwide failure, and now today I cannot log on to send my rent over.

I left HSBC for Nationwide, but I wish I'd stayed put. I think I'd take reliability over interest rates for a current account any day.

They've always been great with me. Sounds like you've had a bad luck of run with them though :-(

I have never switched to Nationwide just opened current accounts with them. I have recently changed our joint flexdirect account to a joint flexaccount as the rate dropped and we are delighted with the free travel insurance just for paying in £750 each month.

This morning, Nationwide Online banking is unavailable, for a change................arrrrgh.

Seems to be becoming a regular occurrence now. Hope they get to the bottom of their problems soon!

Absolutely atrocious levels of service, been getting worse since early 2014 and Nationwide doesn't seem to care.

CEO Ian Lucas no doubt still revelling in the £2.3 million he received last year.

You can stick the boot in at Nationwide by voting against the re-election of board members and reject the remuneration report.

The voting service is available 24 hours a day until 11am on Monday 14th July 2014. (This bit isn't run by Nationwide so it still works).

The Online operation is working OK at this time. It would be informative if financial institutions published a record of the service outages and perhaps the reason for the outage. This may have to be done on an independent site.

Unbelievably Nationwide Online is down again today. Very difficult for people who need to make arrangements for tomorrow when Nationwide has a 24 hour time limit for amendments.
