Tom I don't write them my life story or cry in there door step,if that what 'wishy washy' means,it all about me the idiot slogging my guts for over ten years

But they paid you for that. You don't seem to grasp this point, you were not working for free for those years, you were being paid a wage that you were happy to work for.

If you've a firm legal case for payment in lieu of notice then set this out in a letter, and follow it with legal action. If you've not, then please, try to move on with your life.

The only money I would be owed is holiday accured from this year and a weeks notice,
    Or
Originally what was going to happen the company was going to dismiss me in health, then I would have got, which was I my contract week for ever year up to twelve, which now is going to be out of the question and would have came in very handy.

As it is not going to happen, there is no point in thinking about it any more.

Are you clear now on what you want to say? If not read post #12 again, replace 'you' with 'I' and you're about there.

Then you can take legal steps to claim what you are owed. Remember to send any letter recorded delivery.

Send the letter and give them a call if you've not heard in two weeks.
