Interesting question, you maybe able to for discrimination reasons but realistically I doubt you'd get anywhere with it.
Though, from your thread on the redundancy board, if you know where to send this grievance can they not point you in the direction of where to go for information?Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
So is it ok for a employer to treat people like rubbish ? Am I not entitled to at least holiday and my notice ? The staff from the previous employer got a brief letter stating changes, why it's been sold etc,me nothing ? Regardless me being on long term sick surely I could of been told ?
So no to putting out a grievance then ?
What further stuff can I do if I'm being ignored by both parties,0 -
What do you want?0

What will it gain you? A sorry at best which really is futile. As said before, concentrate on your current employer.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
You were going to go to CAB - have you done this?
It is not fair that the employer is ignoring you, but perhaps they are not sure what you are actually asking? Are you planning to go back to work at any time in the future?0 -
All I want is closure from the whole business new or old, simple as that, cab advised me to raise a grievance as I keep being ignored ! Phone and letter,I just wanted to know if and now this company has been taken over can I still do this ?0
